By using this service you agree to all message responses (as laid out on our Usage page) sent in response to your message command. If your send an invalid command the service will respond with an error message.

This service will respond with one of the following responses:

In response to posting a spot (Message starting with an !), a success/failure message.
In response to a “spots” message (Message starting with “spots”), a list of spots
In response to a “search” message (Message starting with “?”), a list of search results for the park/ref that matches the search terms.
For all other messages an error indicating the command is an invalid command.

By sending a message in to this service you are consenting to these responses and opting in to this service for one response only. The service will respond and then automatically opt your number out and not send any further messages.

Note: SMS messages FROM the US are currently supported but the system is unable to reply as our Toll Free registration status is currently pending. We will provide updates here and on Facebook as soon as this is updated.

Privacy Policy:

We retain in secure storage a log entry of messages sent to/from the system. All messages sent are logged for auditing and tracking purposes only. Information will never be released or sold to any external third party. Logs are protected with both encryption and multi-factor authentication held by the administrators of the service.
